sometimes men forget what they have until it leaves them.have heard men of all calibers say they just dont have the energy level to p[lease their spouses likethey did in the old days.paying a mortgage. keeping a yard .ect takes a toll on men.and of course sometimes the old spark diminishes too and this makes a difference. sometimes a woman quits making an effort or lets it become a routine too..a suggestion is to light candles. put in a slinky something a bottle of wine or do something different can help...break thecycle of monotony and try something new. it will make a worlld of difference

once you both love eachother it will be easy to get back..if there is a break in your communication and trust level, it will be a bit harder to get back...so you should first check the reason for the quickies and then i trust that you would know what to do from there...you are a woman i dont have to tell u how to make him crawl to your feet..

I think this happens when one person in the relationship gets selfish. They only want to please themselves and not worry about the other person. Women sometimes need longer to be satisfied than men. If he's just doin a quickie he doesn't care about your satisfaction. You need to remind him of this and tell him he's being selfish. Communication is the key. You need to tell him what you told us.
