A Clockwork Orange
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Fight Club
Natural Born Killers
12 Monkeys
Altered States
SE7EN
Memento
Trainspotting
Alice in Wonderland
Requiem for a Dream
All great choices, my personal fave would be Fear and Loathing, "WE CAN"T STOP HERE, this is bat country!"
When he wakes up in the flooded hotel room with a reptile tail and faint memories of the last 3 days it hits its peak.
Either that or when his friend turns into the devil.

I can't remember the name of it but I saw a film in the late 70's or early 80's that was really weird but funny.
The film was about three hippie astronauts who had the job of travelling around the Galaxy finding planets which they had to destroy (Cant remember exactly why they had to do this, but may have been because they where a danger for some reason)
They would then leave at bomb that would blow up the planet when the craft was at a safe distance.
The three hippies where bored out of their heads. There was also an alien that would appear a inappropriate moments, this alien was a space hopper with a head, feet and hands. One hippie was hanging at the top of a shaft when the space hopper/alien appeared and started tickling him!
It ended when a bomb got stuck when it was fired towards a planet. There followed a deep philosophical discussion between one of the hippies and the computer controlling the bomb about why it should not explode. Just when you think the hippie has sorted it out, the bomb wakes up, says its come to a decision, and the space craft explodes.
Cue credits .

Eraserhead is pretty good but everyone has seen it. The Happiness of the Katakuris is wild - the sound of music meets dawn of the dead! Werner Herzog's films The Enigma of Kasper Hauser, Aguirre Wrath of God, Even Dwarfs Started Small and Heart of Glass are amazing. Check out the documentary about Herzog and Klaus Kinsky My Best Fiend.
Have fun.

Anything directed by David Lynch (Elephant Man, Eraserhead, Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet), David Cronenberg (Dead Ringers), or Stanley Kubrick (2001:A Space Odyssey, The Shining, Full Metal Jacket).
Honorable mention goes to Shock Treatment (the pseudo sequel to Rocky Horror), David Byrne's True Stories, and Kenneth Brannagh's Dead Again.

You want weird????? Try an older movie called Jacob's Ladder. I saw it ages ago and from what I remember It was a bit way out. It stars Tim Robbins and is said to have inspired the video game Silent Hill.
Others you might want to try are pretty any by David Lynch, Blue Velvet, Mulholland Drive, Twin Peaks. David Cronenberg's The Naked Lunch is also good

El topo is a strange flix, anything by Jodoersky is not normal, he is like the 70's version of Lynch and Spanish
Naked lunch is out there, again most of Crongberg movies are out there, some more then others, he is like a Canadian version of Lynch, but not as good
but to me what was strange is Pink Flamigos
the whole idea that John Waters thought of all of that stuff in the movie, very strange, this messed with my head more then the rest of them, becasue a women eats Dog crap, at it really happend

Weird films - love them too. haha Donnie Darko & Butterfly Effect were brilliant yet slightly disturbing at times.
Recently bought 'Pan's Labyrinth' on dvd, it's supposedly to be weird. Have not finished watching it yet, looks fun so far.
'Cronos' (1993) (bizarre film but it's okay)
My friends told me of this freaky weird horror japanese film they watched called 'The Eye'. (aka Gin gwai (2002))
I really want to see that!!! haha
