infact when we used to excuse ourselves from gym due to our menses - our coach makes us work more harder coz the more active u are - less cramps and more positive hormones circulating in our body instead of the negative ones to make us feel pms symptoms!!!!
it is not bad - be normal - coz that is a normal thing in your liffe!that is who u are - a woman!

I have never heard that one couldn't move too much during their period (other than way, way back in human history but they didn't have the kinds of things we have now for menstrual protection) at all but what I have noticed is that sometimes if I stay in one position too long the blood flow moves a bit faster. Not always but it does happen to me sometimes.

who told u that. its not true. it rather the opposite.from the knowledge i have its good to move about during ur peirod cos it helps the blood flow smoothly and also it is a form of exercise u know.it sometimes reduces menstrual cramps. believe me thats the truth.

actually the more active you are the easier your period will be. physical activity even relieves the cramps most of the time.
