i keep finding flies trapped in the double glazzing it is really annoying and they will get worse as it starts to get warmer

They are probably just trying to stay warm. The seals on your windows must not be very good or they couldn't get in there.

The larvea of the flies must have been in there when made.
Go back to the makers and get them to remake them.
That is unless you have a faulty seal on glass. if so then the double glazing will be ineffectual-- again return to maker.

They're just waking up, and they make tehir way to the window to try to get out. It will stop in a couple of seeks. Those first flies of spring are so slow they can't even get out of their own way. You can just let them out or trap them on a fly strip. Or swat them, but they're messy.

You will have to get the seals fixed on the double glazing then flies will not get in.

If you mean inside the glass then your seals & beading must be very bad & will require replacing. otherwise a fly trap will do the job.
