hi i am about to apply for a uni course for ODP and need to write an essay 1500 words on anything in healthcare. i really want to make a good impression but the topic is so vague i need some inspiration!! i am happy to the research etc but what to base it on i don't know maybe infection control in theatres? is the best i've come up with any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

Why not do health services as a whole. Maybe an overview of the healthcare thats available in this country and how it compares to others.

what about infection control in the whole hospital and how each department follow policies. then u would have a variety of different procedures. infection control is very serious and i think its a good subject with the mrsa issue. very good luck and remember to reference everything.
