Are you talking about purchasing just the bag itself, or do you want the equipment that goes into the bag, too?
Most of the specialty paramedic equipment is only available with a physician's order (IV fluids and catheters, intubation equipment, medications, syringes, needles, etc).
Some of the basic equipment is available to anyone (gauze, oxygen supplies, oral and nasal airways, splints, etc).
These people might know where you can get supplies: http://www.lafd.org/
You can request a catalog from these people and order it via mail-order: http://www.galls.com
Here are the directions for a Galls store in Los Angeles (they also sell police and paramedic/EMT gear):

It will be hard to find a company that will sell you Paramedic equipment. You can get basic life support equipment through this company: Advance life support products will be hard to get unless you have business lic. and Parmedic Cert.
