Picasa is a free image organization/editing program that can upload to a Picasa web gallery associated with the program.

Flickr.com is another popular image site. This can also be a good choice since you already have Yahoo account.

You may need to re-size a copy to use for the web, if the originals are a big file size it takes ages to download then the browser has to make them smaller to show them! Irfanview will resize them, remember to work on copies not the originals. Make them a max size of 800 x 600 pixels, that will fill the whole page. 400 x 300 is probably better.

Picasa also has a free image editor so you can get rid of red eye & similar flaws.

it depends on the website. if you dont already have your own page, you could start a blog. try www.blogspot.com
posting pictures there is easy, just paste them in the text box..
if you already have a website, not a blog, and would like to update it with your pictures, it needs some HTML work there.

use myspace account you can upload all there or even Yahoo Blog lol.
