Bones are always white, off-white, yellowish white or greyish white in color. It is due to the presence of sinews that some areas show to be bluish grey in color.
Bones that are cooked and eaten show black color as they are charred (heated in excess - normal process of cooking itself charrs them)

Whitish... cream colour... sometimes a bit yellow
