People criticise all religions. Whatever religion you have, that's your opinion - and everyone else is entitled to disagree with your opinion. You can criticise theirs, too.
Generally I think in Europe and America that people are not very critical of Hinduism. There is much more criticism of Christianity and Islam, because those are more widespread here. People will always be more likely to criticise the majority religion (unless the law prevents them from doing so) because it has a greater impact on their lives.

The only people I've heard critisising Hinduism have been Hindu.
Most people get onto Christianity and Islam because those religions seem to attract the idiots.
I personally think all religion is bollox, but it's up to the individual to make their own mind up.
Perhaps it's just YOU people criticise, on account of you're being a semi-literate bigot with the social grace of a pubic louse with herpes and a masturbation fetish?

I wasn't aware that people were criticising Hindus.I personally have not heard any criticism of the religion only of some of the people who live in Hindu countries.Criticising a person is not the same as criticising the religion is it.

In theory, no religion has faults. It is its followers that have faults. I say, in theory, because some of the religions that have a lot of secular based rituals attaching to them, perhaps can be criticised, because, I think that over time they have been woven into religious practise, but have nothng to do with the spiritual aspects. For example, not bathing in still water; surely, that has more to do, in a hot climate, with the greater risk of infection, ie. common sense.

Hinduism, by my view, has some of the most demonized imagery among the worlds major religions.
It's the imagery, in contrast to their own cultural upbringing

People are allowed to believe in whatever faith they want to believe in...or not--i personally do not believe in any of it. The cause of most wars and the majority of problem's on this planet are down to religion and politics--(FACT)--so its all cack to me...you're born, you live, you die--its up to each individual to make of life what they will, or not, as the case may be. I do not know enough about religion to be able to criticise any one particular faith--but what i do object most strongly to are the people who come to my door--(of differing faith's)--and try to ram their 'special' brand of religion down my throat--if i leave religionists alone--why can't they leave me alone? That's MY criticism.

I don't know.
All religions are timewasters, full of myths and nonsense. There is nothing wrong with Hinduism, whose practitioners don't espouse violence as much as the Judeo-Christian and Islamic folowers do.

A lot of it is to do with extremists like you. No offence but I've shown your comments to my Hindu friends and they are disgusted!! They are ashamed to be associated with people like you....one of them says you should be "untouchable" whatever that is?? something to do with 'jati' he said...I like most Hindus, just like I like most Jews,Buddhists,Christians,Islamics etc...it is the individuals that are causing problems-like you. Your racism towards black people is bringing shame on your culture.
