Yes, Spurs and Pistons, the two teams that are full of experience and playoff veterans.
No one gives a damn about them as they're definitely going to playoff anyway. Even if they got to NBA Finals, I don't feel any surprise as they deserve it anyway.
But sadly my team is Suns and I don't want Suns to face them in playoff. Just look at Mavericks last season, down 3-1, Spurs caught up only to lose in hard fought game seven. It almost give me hard attack as I think "if that losers Mavericks(Lose to Suns, last two seasons) lose to Spurs, Suns is doomed. I'm relieve when Spurs lose that game but damn who woulda thought that Mavericks is powerful enough to defeat my team.

I think the suns could win! maybe....
but there are going to be some tough teams to face in the west, and since theres no back to back games, you better watch for those spurs!

As a Mavericks fan I have to care about the Spurs. With the playoffs coming ever closer you are starting to see the Spurs come together and start winning. Which is just what most of us in the Western Conference expected. The Spurs are always tough in the playoffs. Your Suns always do well in the playoffs and this year have had a tremendous season. But, until you start having some defense you will not win a championship. Suns games are fun to watch with them running up and down the court. Tremendous shooting and scoring. But absolutely no defense. In the playoffs defense is the key. Games slow down and you must play defense. Haven't watched the Pistons as much so I guess their weakness is going to be what. They have experience in the playoffs. They have some incredible players and they are always ready. I think after getting beat by the Heat last year they will be hungry and will not let other teams beat them out of the finals this year. By the way my prediction for the final two is Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons. Mavericks win 4 games to 2.

The Spurs and Pistons are great. They have a very good chance of getting to the finals simply because they know what they have to do. And yes, they are very scary teams to play because you know they'll shut you down. When you play against Dallas and Phoenix you have a fighting chance if you can come out and run with them. But when you're playing experienced veteran teams like the Spurs and Pistons, you'll have to work for each and every point

Yeah, I am a Bucks/Timberwolves fan, but gotta admit I'm rooting for the Pistons this year as the Wolves and Bucks are all but out of it. Chris Webber has been such a great guy for so long and this is maybe his last chance to win a championship...in his hometown. Phoenix is fun to watch and Amare is a monster, but you know what they say---offense wins games and defense wins championships. NBA basketball slows down and gets kinda ugly during the playoffs, and no one can make a game slower and uglier than Detroit and San Antonio. I'm afraid you're going down heart attack street again this year, my friend. We'll see.

My Spurs may lose to some teams by pure bad luck, but as they get closer to playoffs they do come together and that's what most teams lack. So they may be veterans but they deserve it for how they bring it together.

I like the Spurs because they've been consistently near the top for a long time and they seem to be more.....grown up?-than alot of teams. Detroit? Nah, notsomuch.

Those 2 teams, are good an d there stats show it... but as you said they are a very old team...and pretty much don't have a chance to win a championship with young teams like dallas, and Pheonix
