Well, when they ask a question, answer it. When a best answer has been chosen, you can leave a comment. Now, the most important part, if the other party wants to contact they can and if they don't want to, well, move on kid.

I know what you mean.... but what ive found even worse is when someone sent me an email to tell me they didnt like my answer and write a bible of info about what they were talking about but they dont have an email address to reply... total cowards!!!!!

Yes.
There's been loads of times I wanted to let someone know they've either made me laugh or given an interesting answer, but when you can't e-mail them there's no way to let them know.
