There are file transfer programs out there that will allow you to connect the two pc's together via a usb port and transfer the files that way. If your both connected together, you can load the files into a shared folder, make sure both pc's are part fo the same work group, then map a path to the first pc fromt he second one and download the files from there. You have to be connected through a switch or router though for it to work.
