Say it to her face, you love her! But in a truly way. Not too fake, like 'oh..you are my flower and bla bla...' Be you and just a flower in you hand for her. Simple and clear.

Simple: "I love you"
You could also try more elaborate:
"Good morning my beautiful princess"
Just fill it with adjectives.
"Your looking spectacular tonight"
Remember, women are all princesses in their hearts, that's how God created them.
