The only way to propose a female is TELL HER STRAIGHT THAT YOU LOVE HER.The more honest you are about ur feelings the lesser complicated it gets.Dont propose with an expectation of a YES.Feel contented that u tried atleast!!But do try.

It needs to come from the heart. Take her to her favorite place, whether it be a restaurant or even a park. Get down on one knee and tell her how you feel about her. Tell her what she means to you. Tell her you don't want to be with her because you can't stand thinking of your life without her. tell her you need her in your life and most of all tell her she is beautiful. Then finally ask her, "Will you marry me?"

You know...... i was about to ask the same exact question but for me, i don't propose, instead i become good friends with her, be there for her, cry and laugh together until she becomes obsessed with me and before i know it she asks me out! but don't take my advice because it's not reliable.

Just tell the girl that you love her and want to spend the rest of your life with her. Than get down on one knee and ask her to marry you.
