Life is Life - Live it and love it - What will be will be - If humans were gone there would have to be a stronger and more vicious entity destroying the world, so why not us lol

Avoiding the obvious comment that if humans ARE wiped out, then none of us will be here to feel sorry or anything else, I'd say that the human race has been an interesting experiment. On the one hand the quite amazing achievements in the fields of art and science, on the other the appalling cruelty, greed and violence. I used to hope that we would one day end up working together for the good of all, but there is not much sign of that happening yet. I try to remain optimistic, but unless there is a drastic improvement pretty soon, I think it may be best if we all just quietly fade away in time.

No it would just be "what is".
That is one of humans flaws. Their ego, which arises from intelligence, compels them to try and make a "difference" and they therefore do not go with the flow of life and people become rigid and desperate trying to stop something which they did not start, trying to intervene with the greater purpose.
What we do not realise is that these attempts are as futile as an ant trying to take over a household and tie the family up in the basemenet and put out a burning fire all at the same time.
We are merely a small part of the great origin and when we are wiped out it will just be a part of the "isness" of the present moment. It is what is required at that time.
This is the same with our own personal deaths.....it is not tragic or sad or scary.......it just is.

umm yes, i am after all human.
humanity has as much right to exist as anything else, true we have damaged the Earth yet that does no in its self justify our demise.
In Africa there are elephants that kill rhinos, there is no reason for this so would we be justified to wipe them out, would it make the world a better place for the rhino. my cat kills mice but does not eat them so lets get rid of mice as well.
At the end of the day all existence is valid, nobody or thing has the right to decided is as invalid. Certainly as humans being this plants dominant species by inferring that our existence is valid you are yourself hinting at some kind of religious meaning, After all there must be some kind of ultimate been to decide if humanity is valid in its existence. There is no animal smart enough and no human (truly) selfless enough.

Don't be ridiculous.
I endeavour every day to bring about the extinction of humanity for its own good and that of the world. I wouldn't be sorry when humans are wiped out, but in that last moment of realisation before I go with it, I would be relieved that at last all the suffering, hypocrisy and bullsh!t had come to an end.
It would be a simple thought, taken as literally as you wish: "Rest In Peace, Humanity".

how can i be sorry if i'm wiped out, joking aside.of course i'd be sorry would'nt you?i value my friends,my family and future bloodlines.i ain't very religious but i still believe that its all for a purpose and that the universe, god, mother nature whatever has created us to evolve and survive so if the world goes pop by that time hopefully mankind will be setting up a colony on another planet.we have been here for a long time and faced many obstacles with more to come but wherever were goin im sure well get there.

The question's a bit too philosophical! If we're wiped out, it won't matter. If you mean, will something else come along? Who knows? The universe is evolving all the time so I guess there's a chance. Whether that would happen before the planet Earth disappears is another matter.

Can you imagine a world without religion? Start by picturing the Manhatten skyline with World Trade Centre intact.

I would be sorry that a species has been wiped out, although the liberation for the landbases which sustained them for millions of years would be grateful, if not destroyed as a prerequisite for their own extinction.
Humans have forgotten three things (among many.) Technology does not equal energy. The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. If you don't have your landbase, you have nothing.

Of course, I would be sorry, sitting there at the central station completely deserted and forlorn all by myself; I would have then nothing else to do. I would then try to imagine why I have been left unwiped, may be just for this purpose – to be sorry for the one who have been wiped. Why me? I would but them I would go to the nearest supermarket to enjoy some ice cream before it would start to melt. This Home Simpson in me - you can always ask what Homer Simpson would do under such and such situation, and this is my answer, that you know now.

Doubtless you are correct, one day everything will experience oblivion, the end of mankind. Exit an advanced virus that enjoyed playing cricket and drinking beer. Looking on the bright side, we do not get "wiped out" before Leyton Orient win the treble. Next year then ?

I'd be sad, because I think deep down most people are good and are merely concerned w/their own families and existence... deep down we all want the same things...it's just sad that all the other "stuff" gets in the way...
I think its sad when I learn about the extinction of other species before us and during our modern times... but perhaps, just as life and death are matter of fact in our human existence, perhaps so is evolution and extinction in a Planet's Existence.
