I don't twirl it ... I just keep the fork in my hand and let the Earth spin the and twirl the spaghetti around the fork.

I love spaghetti and yes I think everyone swirls it at some point. Even then tho you always have to suck some of it up which is a good way of seeing how much vacuum one can apply thru their mouth. :D
