What does the term 'brain ***' mean?

You should have put it together not Brain and *** it has ben censored, like "BRAINFAG" in general it means a TIRED BRAIN due to over work, stress or anxiety.

I've certainly seem the term "Brain Fog" used to describe when cant really think straight, or memory problems etc.
