Try the Harry Potter series. They are brilliant. Or an interesting film is 'Mrs Hotchkiss' School of Charm and Ballroom Dancing'. 'Memoirs of a Geisha', 'Raise the Red Lantern' and 'Eat,Drink,Man,Woman' are also fascinating films and not to be missed if you want something a little left of centre.
Happy viewing.
