I have a 8 mnth old baby girl who I love with all my heart and I am 7 mnths pregnant. As the second baby is due it is scaring me more to think about 2 babies so close together is age and how hard it will be for me and how I will cope. I always have mixed feelings and emotions and sometimes just cry when things get too much. I dont really know how people with PND act and am not not sure if I'm getting it as the birth draws near.

I've had PND every single time with my 3 children. I find it peaks at around 8-12 months. You certainly have symptoms of PND. If you feel you are getting a bit out of control & are spending most of your time feeling unhappy then do yourself a favour & ask for help. If you do have PND & don't get it treated your situation could easily spin out of control in 24 hours or less. It's not something you can control unless you get ontop of it. I've been there & just don't hesitate seeking help anymore. You owe it to yourself. Hopefully you are just experiencing brief situational stress & it will pass, but please just get it checked out asap.

Your fears are completely natural. Hopefully you have a supporting father(of your children) that can help you. Its not easy raising children and having them so close together can be hard. A pregnant woman's hormones are in an uproar anyway and you may also being having some post partem depression from the child you just had. You'll be fine, but if it gets too bad, talk to your OBGYN during your next visit. God Bless and Congrats on the babies.

Your body may just be tired because of having a baby so soon after. Your hormones may be making you feel down to.
I have a 5 month old son and if i got pregnant so soon after i would be feeling exactly the same way as you.
If you are very worried go to your doctor and he will do a short test to let you know if you have depression.
Try and talk to someone who can support you just so you can let your worries out. Friend, family, partner or even a councilor.
It might help to talk to someone you don't know .
Good luck and hope this helps x
