Weakened, wasted usually through illness.

Edit: Debilitated, that is.
Deliberated: that would mean considered, or thought about, ie. they deliberated over their decision.

You must mean debilitated which means wasted or weakened, like a person who is fasting for example. A fibrillating disease is one where the body gets weaker and loses weight and flesh and becomes very thin and gaunt.

To critically examine/discuss something (for example when a jury goes out in a court case they may deliberate for hrs or days)

debilitated usually is used in reference to a physical weakness

Deliberated means "considered thoughtfully"
Debilitated means "made weak"

Do you mean 'debilitated'?

If so that means to make weak or feeble :)

It means fully considered, not impulsive. It should be spelt deliberated though!
