well,i'm a girl,but i know as far as a guy is concerned the features that
1)turns him on : full breasts & butt
2)he finds sensous : luscious lips & gorgeous eyes
3)grabs his attention : lovely smile, curvy figure & lustrous hair
apart from that,most guys like a female's long legs & curvy hips.

It all depends my dear. If you are in a society that hides every single detail of the body, then I assume that the body shape could attract attention.
Similarly in a nudist colony a covered part could bring some attention.
Generally speaking however, breasts, hips, rear sides or even belly buttons could be some parts for ogling.
