Cracker or Whitey.
"Honky", derived from from "Bohunk" derived from "Bohemian" was originally used by Americans of English descent to refer to immigrants of Bohemian, Czech, Hugarian and Polish origin. It was picked up by blacks working in Chicago's meat packing plants and applied indescriminately to all caucasians - however, in some areas it is still used by whites in it's original meaning, or slightly more broadly for any Eastern European.
Likewise, "Whitebread" can be used as an epiteth by blacks for whites, but it is also used by urbanites to describe suburbanites, by Soviets to describe Americans, those who consider themselves counter-culture to describe the establishment, and simply to describe a boring person.
"Redneck" is used by whites of other whites. Originally it refered only to people in Appalachia or the Deep South, then gradually the Ozarks were added and now Redneck is more a state of mind. Think of the cast of "Dukes of Hazzard."
"White trash" is more a class epithet than a racial one, and again is often used by whites to describe other whites. In the novel "Gone With the Wind" it used by both black and white characters.
"Trailer trash" is a class epithet - it is used by both blacks and whites to describe both black and whites.
