Hi honey, good for you for taking it to the next level, I'd probably say that a big city would be better as it's more of a melting pot, however prepare to be starred at, there's always a number of bigots wherever you go, stay away from any shade of blue for your eyeshadow as you no doubt are already aware they will not stand out unless you use a contrasting shade, I reckon Brown, the darker your skin tone the darker Brown you can use. Bags well there aren't any rules really, I always carry quite a big one because I have so much crap, I'd invest in a good Tan or dark brown leather one because it will last for years and go with most things. e-mail me if you like my advise and want any more. More power to you my friend

First and foremost, Dahlin, you should read "She's not there: A life in two genders", by Jennifer Boylan. Its amazing
First and foremost, you need to change up your outfit a bit! It sounds cute, but a straight skirt with a tucked in blouse aren't going to make you look like you have any curves. Why not try a loose skirt (peasant skirts are insanely comphy, especially in the summer. Hurray for breezes!) to give you the illusion of hips? I know the outfit is fun, love, but most women don't really dress like that! Heels are good, though- they'll make your legs look good. (just out of curiosity, do you shave your legs? How can you get them into stockings if you don't?)
Lets see, makeup. Do you know how to do it at all, or are you asking for just color advice? I'll list out the whole shabang for you. To start, get concealor. Dab it under your eyes and on any blemishes, and then gently tap until it blends in. (rubbing makes it look streaky). Make sure it isn't any lighter then your skin. You can get green-toned concealor to hide red spots, but honestly, I think it just makes your skin look green. Okay. Now, you can either use a liquid makeup or a liquid powder. Either way, use sparingly until all your face is covered (that includes eyelids and spots already covered by concealor). (If you use a liquid, gently dab some onto your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and blend from there. Add more as you need it- its easier to add more then to take it off!) Make sure to blend down below your jawbone so it dosen't look like you're wearing a mask. If you used just liquid, I'd use a pressed powder over it to set it, so it dosen't melt if you get sweaty (not really nessicary, though)
Okay- blush. Make sure to invest in a good blush brush- the one that comes in the compact is trash. A good blush brush is gigantic, and it keeps you from looking streaky. Smile into the mirror, and apply it on the round parts of your cheeks (don't get too close to your nose, or you'll look sunburnt) and up your cheekbones. If your cheekbones are low, try this- take a index card, and two tones of blush. Put the card on your cheekbone. Above it should be a lighter shade of blush, and below should be a darker. It gives the illusion of shadows. (neat trick, eh? Girls are crafty creatures)
Okay, eyeshadow and liner. Since you put powder on your lids, the pencil should move smoothly instead of catching and making the line look lumpy. Draw the line from the outside in. It should be darker and heavier on the outside then the inside, but not by too much. If you want to put liner on your lower lids, never put it further towards the middle then where your pupils are when you look straight ahead. Agian, taper the line so it dosen't just end abruptly. For shadow, you should use two colors. The darker color goes in the crease of your eye and up from there. (the higher it goes, the more it will show, and the more dramatic it will be.) Start on the inside, towards your nose, and work outwards. It shouldn't go past the edge of your eyebrow, and should be very light when it gets there. Same rule as before- the further you go, the more dramatic it is. Use an eyeshadow brush, not the little spongy thing that comes with the package. The lighter color goes on the top of your lids, and right below the outside corner of your eyebrows. You can also add some to the inside corner of your eyes for some pizazz, if you want.
(wow, my hands are starting to really hurt. I think I have carpel tunnel)
Okay. Don't worry if you get eyeshadow on the liner- just smooth it off or put more liner on top of it. If you want to cheat and skip the liner, take the little foamy thing that came with your eyeshadow, wet it, rub it in the shadow, and use the thin edge to draw the liner in. Its cheating, but hell.. it always matches your shadow that way! (Its a bit easier too, and there isn't quite as much danger of putting your own eye out) The very last thing you should do is put on mascara. One or two coats, thats it. More will clump. Don't put mascara on your bottom lashes unless you're going for an uber-dramatic look.
Lipstick! Heres the general rule of thumb- the more vivid the eyes, the less vivid the lips, and vice versa. (Its very hard to pull off both without looking silly.) Skip liner, its a horrible invention unless your lips are very thin. (In that case, you can buy lipstick that will temporatily plump your lips up) Putting on lipstick is easy- its like chapstick that shows when it smears.
Okay- onto your colors. Is your wig brown too? I'm going to assume it is. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm going to assume you're pale since you live in the UK. (shoot me an e-mail if I'm wrong and I'll let you know what to do) First of all, figure out if you have a warm or cool complexion. Do you look better in colors like blue and green, or like red and brown? Blue and green is cool, red and brown is warm. With those eyes and that hair, you aren't really limited by much. (lucky) Just avoid dark colors with pale skin during the day- its too dramatic. Okay. If your complexion is cool, then stick to colors like soft blues, grays or browns for eyeshadow (or you can play it up and go with lavander- you could pull it off, and it would make your eyes just pop!), and tones of lipstick and blush in the 'berry' tones- pinkish tones. Stick to silver jewelry, not gold. With a warm complexion, you could rock bronze, brown, mauve, etc eyeshadow. Stick to lipsticks and blushes that are more peachy then pink. Gold jewelry looks good on people with warm complexions.
As to purses, well, I'm a fan of huge bags, but I'm bias. I carry everything I could possibly ever need. (sewing kit, AA batteries, local map, ect. Get the idea?) Little purses are fun and cute when you don't need to carry much. And don't worry about making it match your shoes!
If you want to make it look as though you have boobles, then try this- you can buy camisoles with built-in padded bras. (they look like tanktops with boobs already in them. Its kind of disconcerting). You can get gel or silicone inserts that are designed to make boobs look bigger ( I got mine for 5$ at walmart). Combine the two, and BAM, insta-cleavage, as long as you keep your shirt buttoned up.
I wouldn't worry too much about walking around- after all, who'd recognize you? Keep in mind, you're a woman when you walk around, not a man. People would associate you with men's clothing, and probally not look twice. Worse comes to worst, then insist on being your own cousin thats just in town for a few hours. The resembalence can be remarkable. ;)
Anyway, love, any more typing and I'm offically going to loose my fingers. Shoot me an e-mail if you need ANYTHING. (I love playing girl) Best of luck to you!
