You want to know the basics of creating a website! huh? Well You can creat a website in many different ways
1. there are many websites Offer you a website Builder for free but honestly that will not help you at all Because it will become useless in the soon future ...!
well if you want to learn the basics of creating a website all you have to do is to learn some basic HTML Tags And honestly you do not need to use dreamweaver for creating a website if you are not a professional but you can try ... and if it didn't work jst don't worry about it Because you are still a bigenner now to creat a website you should have two things 1. Server
2. Domain Other than that it's not called a website but a blog or maybe a simple profile about you...!
but if you do not have enough money to buy a server you can do it on your own PC ....! Or find a host on net ...! but it would be best if you get a server...!
P.S. there is also something called CPanel
- now first step you have to do is to get yourself a host somewhere on net.
- Get a Domain.
- Learn some Basics HTML (it all depends on what Exactly you want to put on your website).
P.S. it doesn't take time to learn the Basics of HTML but one day.
-And one more day to creat a website.
Good Luck with that

I would personally recommend WebMonkey as it helped me a lot when I was starting out.
Visit your local library or bookstore and get a basic guide to HTML. If you learn the coding behind what is going on, you'll find it much quicker to pick up. I certainly did!
