after being a rated player for a long time why did you now make me PROVINCIAL?

i have been playing with a rating for a long time - now you have made me a beginner again with a PROVINCIAL rating - why did you do that??????

All the ratings are dynamic like yahoo answers if you aks questions you lose points and come down the level similarly if your performance is not upto their expectations then your rating would drop down .
