Most times if you look up the company name online you can find their official site with their addresses, or they are on the back of dvd cases.

or you could just film it yourself and submit it to a local indie festival

1) Register your script with the Writers Guild of America, west at www.wga.org.
2) At the same website, you will find a list of agents who accept scripts from new writers.
3) Do not waste time and postage sending your script to production companies. They will NOT read an unagented script. They get bombarded by thousands of amateur scripts a year. How many get sold? None! That's not the way Hollywood works.

You need to have your script registered, then find yourself an agent who will pass it along to production companies. Chances are if you send it out yourself, you'll have very little chance it will actually get read.
