What did you think and if you are a customer of Barclays will you still bank with them?
My mum is one of the people who got the Additions account imposed on her without her knowledge and now wants to change banks.

I watched this programme and even though I am aware of such scams I was till amazed and upset. Unbelievable that a bank of such rank can let a programme like this be aired without first having put the public straight. Whats more annoying is that this bank have recently advised of redundincies in their telephone banking - they are sending them abroad. What chance have we got of checking things out from that distance - language barriers and no they dont all understand the english language. Plus if I am allowed to say this the scams last night were mostly from asian people outside the bank - hope the rest of them are more honest. Also hope the rest of the staff have much more understanding that we are not all high flyers and when we say no owe mean know. Gvt should send the police in now to cover the whole system.

Hi. I don't bank with Barclays but I did watch the programme last night....I would def switch after watching that.

I did not watch but as a Barclays customer I thought I would read these answers, and cannot believe the cr*p posted. Poor you ask again in a few hours. Sorry my answer is not an answer either but I was genuinely interested.
