Hi again,

I went in and kicked off at the bank manager and because he was a little twerp and was genuinely shaking when I let rip, he refunded the lot. There is a website that will help you out with recovery. You are TOTALLY entitled to receiving these charges back AND any interest you may have lost as a result too.

Good luck.

Ive been with Barclays for five years and ive been charged many a times.I recently read in the paper we can get all out charges back.I then went onto a site that gave me more info.I have requested 5yrs statements to check how much i have been charged.Im not too sure if i will go onto the next step to ask for alll the cash back though! They could close your account if they pay you out or not.I dont want to lose all my dealings with them.I also thought maybe i should not be overdrawn eva.
