I think that I have given a slightly wrong explanation of the print error,
I will try again.!! If I write the address in the centre of the envelope it always prints out only about half of it, and that is on the right hand top corner, that is why I said that I had to type it on the bottom left hand corner with lines below the envelope
for it to centre itself on the final printout. I am using greetings card programme for the envelopes and lexmark all in one p3100
injet printer. I hope this makes it a bit easier to understand.

Don't know much about this type of thing but did you set the correct envelope size into the printer properties

try printing the envelope through microsoft word, you can set which orientation you need for your envelopes and you can also do labels as a single label or a full sheet
