I have heard missionary, it helps the little spermies in their journey. It is not impossible with woman on top, but less likely.
After sex, do not pee right away, instead lie back and prop your bottom for at least 30 min.

I'm not sure the position is that important, I also thought about this when trying...
What can help, my doctor told me, is to lie on the bed afterwards with your hips above the level of your waist and your legs elevated. Also, do not shower straight after sex.

Any!! Maybe doggie style to get those little guys up there. And maybe afterwards not getting up straight away just lying there for 10 min.
