so in his world, if someone comes off with a smart comment in the real world, they deserve a smack in the mouth.

in my book his comments are "incitement to hatred" and why have the fa not come down hard on him ?
he further states "a lot of people want to do what james morrison did"
do we really want to go down this path, i mean play a fringe player and tell him to break drogba, or henry's leg.

the public hated david beckham for flicking out at a player and getting sent off in 1998 world cup. james morrison intended to do serious damage to ronaldo. true football fans don't want to this type of behaviour, and boateng has not helped. keanos action was disgraceful.

but heres the thing ! a UNITED player is the offender, punish him.
you attack a UNITED player your fans and team mates back you up.

please voice your opinions by thumbs downing my answer, or give examples of your teams victimisation, all clubs welcome. fantasy dates and names so i can research your claims.

WOO HOO ! just the 6 thumbs down i'm getting popular,

rooney 3 match ban for a red card in a friendly tournament
mellor and gerrard nothing for similar red cards in tournament 2 years previous.

rio banned for months after missing drugs test, un-named city player let off scott free, for exactly same offence.

do you want me to go on or are you going to supply me with incidents ?

He has only said but in Brazilian League they hack u down if u do what Ronaldo does. Brazilians are masters at this yet they themselves can't accept it. Last week 2 Brazilian clubs fought on the pitch because one of the players from Chile did the trick.

"Incitement to hatred", what nonsense. I think maybe you are reading between the lines too much. I think George Boateng is right, when you have a player with Ronaldo's reputation for going to deck, then it is a plausible statement that somebody somewhere, is going to give Ronaldo something to cry about, regardless of what George Boateng has said. It's people like you who blow things out of proportion that is the "Incitement to hatred".

I think that's something you don't say in public as it just make others think you are making a plan about that but in the same time I think he's right because no English player likes to be dribbled more than 2 times.

Thanks!

i totally agree with u his comments r a disgrace, flair players like ronaldo should be protected and encouraged to show off there skills ,not threatened to have there legs broke every time they play, boateng is a coward.

jealously is an ugly word. The boy is that fast nobody would have chance to injure him (unless you are morrison and deliberately go to get him.) He is a brilliant player and has become even better under fergie. he is less selfish, doesn't dive constantly (unlike popular belief) and is happy playing his sport. for us fans he is a joy to watch. I never liked what he did in the world cup but everyone gets a second chance. I wish people would leave him alone. i.e i agree with you!

ronaldo is such a great talent, no doubt about it , but he is a diver too. i just dont understand why he has to do it, with his kind of talent it should not be necessary.
