If that happens look towards heaven and listen. If the entire world is without power it's a whole lot bigger than just no power.

Matthew 24:31 (NIV) And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 (NIV) For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
1 Corinthians 15:52 (NIV) in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

We won't be able to go on about our daily activities because today's generation is too dependent on electricity. Even for just the little things that we do, we rely on power supplies. Everyone would be affected. Production of items would stop, food sources and communications would be cut off... No schools haha..In short, we'll die of boredom since we're so use to having electricity. Just a day of having no electricity is soooo ugh! Never mind forever! Seriously though, we humans won't be able to cope with this.
