well, the guy in charge of the tickets said we didn't win. but, very sadly...a week later, the same guy said that his grandmother fell ill and he needed to take care of her and leave the country immediately.

when he quit his job...he was giddy with laughter. poor guy was so overcome with grief...he must have been on the verge of hysterics. i offered to give him a ride home, but said his friend was taking him.

so...he left in this limo and gave us all the finger as he drove away.

my question:
when would be a good time to send a card?

i would send the card to his house and hope it gets forwarded to him and his dear sweet granny.
