Your question does not make sense. It would be impossible for Muslims to hate Jews before any Muslims (followers of Islam) existed on Earth.
Apart from that, if you were any student of history you'd know that the Muslims and Jews fought together on the walls of Jerusalem to defend the city against the invading Christian Crusaders. You'd also know that one of the greatest bloodbaths that had ever been seen in the Middle East followed the Christian capture of Jerusalem (15 July 1099), and the dead (between 30 and 90 thousand of them) included both Muslims and Jews. If you want the particulars, the Jews were burnt alive in the city synagogue by the Christian army.
Up until the 20th Century Muslims and Jews got along quite well.
***Edit****
Xamanato is correct to point to the 'wobbliness' of these numbers, the 'spread from 30 to 90 would indicate a great deal of uncertainty. Runciman quotes sources that talk about the entire city's population being killed, including Raymond of Aguilers who talks about picking his way through corpses and blood up to his knees. His observation about the Christians being a common enemy of the Muslims and Jews is also valid, the Crusaders had just butchered their way across Europe killing Jews wherever they found them. My point is that I can not find any obvious signs of Jewish-Islamic warfare prior to the 20th century, or of any general or widespread Jewish persecution under Islamic rule in the previous 1200 years. Jews and Christians were subject to taxation under Islamic rule (but so am I today). So I'm still to be convinced that hatred existed. I have considerable doubts about the reference to Allah hating the Jews in the Koran and I am chasing down translations. But it is important - in fairness - to acknowldege Xamanato's other points.

The question is contradictory. Muslims did not exist until Mohammed introduced Islam. Perhaps you mean to ask why the Arabs hated the Jews. I don't think it would be accurate to say the Arabs hated the Jews. There were probably some who did just as there are members of every group of people on earth who, unfortunately, hate other people simply because of the group they were born into. In terms of a Biblical explanation, you could say that Jacob, whose descendants are the Jews, did not always have a good relationship with his brother Esau, whose descendants are the Arabs. In the Bible, it was foretold that their descendants would not always get on with one another, although both would be great nations. I suspect that the enmity between Esau and Jacob was simply passed by them and their family members to the following generations. Hatred and prejudice are often handed down from parent to child.

OK. I;ll start from the beginning Around 125 ad, my ancestor, Elmer Rene Vasquez, was in Pakistan. He was working for this Muslim gentlemen by the name of Omar. Well, 'ole Elmer was a big drinker, and would often leave the store all alone. One day, this gentlemen came into the store to purchase some supplies in bulk.'Ole Elmer Vasquez, told this gentlemen that he was Jewish.[ 'ole Elmer was such a fast talker, besides being half drunk] and that he would give him the best deal possible. The poor man gave 'ole Elmer all the money up front. [ the man was a Muslim], very trusting, and very kind, according to family records, and Elmer left out the back door NEVER to be seen again. There were rumours that he was seen in some place called 'La's Vegas' , or something. Well, anyway, ever since then, Muslims were very angry against Jewish people, all because of 'ole Elmer Vasquez!!!!!

This question is a contradiction in terms. How could muslims who are followers of islam hate jews 'for centuries before islam'? If there was no Islam, there would be no Muslims.

First off, the idea of Islam has been on earth since the time of Adam and Eve, but the complete religion wasn't full established to perfection until the time of prophet muhammad.
during the time Islam has been here, Jews have killed countless prophets that were before muhammad who were preaching islam, so a sort of enmity has been created. but, muslims do not hate all jews, muslims hate the jews who oppress the muslims and kill them and occupy their land.

It doesn't matter the religion, that part of the world has been at war with itself for longer than most people realize. Its not about the Jews, or Musliums, its the nature of the area itself. I don't know of a time when there was peace there. Tribes fought each other all the time, they still fight each other over there. Even if Israel left, or was destroyed, or whatever, the Musliums would be fighing something or someone in that area.
I say we close the whole area off, let them all go at it once and for all. Do not open it back up until only one group remains.

Before Islam there were no Muslims. Arabs (I presume that's what you mean) and Jews (the people, not the religion) are racially both Semitic. Abraham had a concubine called Haditha who had a son called Ismael. When Abraham's wife, Sarah, finally had a child, Isaac, she insisted that Haditha and Ismael were cast out into the desert. (Nice lady). The Angel Gabriel found the pair dying of thirst in the desert and told them where they could find water. The pair survived their ill treatment and Ismael went on to be the founder of the Arab people. Naturally enough, he wasn't too keen on his father's people.
That's the story. Long before either Jesus or Mohammed came on the scene.

Both the logical and historical points above are sound (except probably for the numbers in the second one). But in the Quran it says that Allah hates Jews.
My enemy's enemy may sometimes be my friend, but all too often he's still your enemy.

Both, Christianity & Islam, are off-shoots of Judaism. In fact Christianity emanated fro Judaism and Islam from Christianity. The hatred has culminated, from there.
