I plan to accomplish an interface about Electrochemistry for a period of 2 years starting this June or August hopefully. My problem here is where could I grasp information on how to make an interface about such topic or any topic related Science, Math and Technology.

I plan to use MS Visual Basic 6.0 as my language and compiler because it's the one which made me easy in programming. But if you have some ideas about languages which are better on such task please inform me about it and also include where I can download it and learn how to use it.

This is a big plan but I hope I could accomplush this in a span of two years.

For illumination, what interface I want is like ZiLOG's. Exemplia Gratia, a sensor or security. But it doesn't necessarily means that I want a security program what I plan is anything related to SMT. Thank you. Your answers will really contribute a lot. TY.

VB6 is a good tool for novice programmers due to it's ease of use and familiar Windows style front end. It is capable of most tasks so don't let the VB haters try to make you learn whole new languages.

Here's a couple links for code examples:

and you can also hit Microsoft MSDN for help.

When you say Interface are you talking about User Interface(GUI)?I didnt quite get what do you mean by Interface? If you are talking about GUI then you can use VB 6.0 because it is easier. But if you have knowledge of .NET then try that as well

so much men and women who code are of the opinion that finding out visible fundamental first detracts out of your capability to gain knowledge of extra complex languages afterwards seeing that you prefer up deficient coding conduct, and i would on the whole agree. visible fundamental isn't a excellent programming language, within the 'truly international' it is makes use of are really restrained in evaluation to different languages in the market. you will have to *preferably* begin proper at c++ as your first language that is vastly priceless, platform impartial, and a excellent string for your bow employment-sensible. while you transfer directly to javascript from c++ you will not discover it too tough, however visible fundamental to javascript might be a undertaking.
