With a big stick.
If you are just unmotivated, that may not be laziness, it could just be depression, you will soon get bored and get back on track.
If you are lazy, you will probably never get anything done on your own. You need help, or you need people to stop doing things for you.

Find an incentive. I am inherently lazy but when there is a need to get things done I do so.
I used to often be late for a normal day's work in the office but never late for meeting or a day's shooting.

it is called self discipline. instead of staying in bed until 10am get up at 6am and go for a walk. everyone has self control just say to yourself that you are going to do something and do it if you are lazy it is because you want to be not because you cant help it!!!

Go out, do something, go for a walk in the country (if you can) you never know it might inspire you to do something tomorrow. Never give up.
