you didnt mention if its a direct flight or not, but assuming that it is you will land in califonia (los angeles) about 9 at night

If you take the Philippine Airline via San Francisco and LA, it usually leaves the Philippines at 10pm. If you left on March 31 Philippine time, you will arrive in LA or San Francisco March 31 also. The Philippines is usually 1 day ahead.
I left for San Francisco at 10pm Philippine time, I arrived San Francisco around 6pm the same day. ( March 31)
If the time here in the Philippines is 11pm, then subtract 3 hours, 8am California time. If you are in the east coast, 11pm here in the Philippines is 11 am in the East coast. It would be the same day.

When I leave Manila to Bay Area (layover in Japan), I arrive about the same time I left (i.e., I leave MNL on a Wednesday at 10am, I arrive into SFO about 10am on Wednesday)
