As long as you don't get water in the motor. Would have thought that might be difficult with a power washer.(to stop it splashing in the motor, that is).I would do it by hand personally,OK it will take a little longer, but it's only once a year usually, and you can check the nuts and bolts for security as you do it .Give the blades a good clean(do they need sharpening) and a thin coat of oil to prevent rust.

Yes you can !! please just make sure you have the lawnmoer plugged in and the power on then make sure you are on a metal floor with no boots on then go for it!!!! nah only joking but yes it should be ok if you clean the blades and everything because it is water proof to some extent. please make sure that it isnt plugged in !!! give it a go !! if it doesnt work charge it to my account for a replacement

No, absolutely no.
If you wash with water you would require to sun dry it for one year before able to use again.
