I'm a newbie to using MS Access. I had a project where I needed to create a report using queries total calculations of certain emissions. Now my dilemma is when I create the actual report using the wizard, all my clients information is on one page. How can I have one client's information on one single page, like a certificate?

In the reports Design view open the "SORTING AND GROUPING" menu from the Toolbar. Add the "Client name" field as a SORT, then set the GROUP properties "Footer" to YES.
Then (like "abd" said) right click the gray "Footer bar" and under the "Format tab" set the "Force new page" option to "After Section".

That will allow your report to page break between each client's data. If You just wanted to print ONE CLIENT'S results at a time, You would have to put a criteria prompt in the Query:
In the Criteria line for CLIENT NAME type "[TYPE CLIENT NAME]"
