Should I tell my ex friend to get over it? He's mad at me and I don't know why?

I was homeless and a friend took me in.
All I had to do was walk his dogs and keep his terminally ill partner company during the day. He paid for everything, food, cigarettes, beer, soda, utilities, haircolor... everything... and he did all the cooking and cleaning too.

Then I ran up his phone bill to over $1500.00 on collect calls from a guy in jail I was having phone sex with and hid the bill till he discovered it and it was already in collections

He threw me out and I don't know why.
Was it wrong to trash his house and take his air conditioner when I left?

OK, I will try not to be critical but just LISTEN to yourself. He paid for everything you needed. And you ran up a phone bill of MORE THAN $1500.00. I do not think that is considerate AT ALL. That bill is probably more than a YEAR of my phone bills. And of course he threw you out, you behaving like a slut and all. And you TRAASHED his HOUSE and STOLE his air-conditioner? I don't think that I ever knew a person as crazy and lost as you in quite a long time. You were HOMELESS for craps sake. Yet he was ever patient and didnt give up on you. You were lucky to have a friend like him.

obviously you were wrong to trash his home and take his airconditioner when you left, if i were him i would be angry with you too. he did everything for you, took you in and indirectly looked after you, paid everything for you, and this is how you repay him. you should be ashamed of yourself.

and you don't know why he's angry? are you nuts? put yourself in his shoes and you'd see why. i can't believe you spent 1500 doing such a disgusting thing and not feel guilty about it. you ought to grow up, pay that friend back and APOLOGISE to him. poor kind soul.
