You place the end of your tounge at the front of your mouth, just behind your top teeth, let out a small grunt, and during the grunt, remove your tounge from the roof of your mouth. This should produce the desired result.

A plain NO is good anyday then beating around the bush.If U thinking that the NO might hurt him,ur not-answering-str8 wont help either.Tell him before his hopes built up and things gets worse.Procrastination is no solution.

let me suggest - "Don't be Stupid" or "lets revisit the subject after you are established in your career", or perhaps "what the hell are you smoking", and of course the other but mundane option - is "no way dude"
