I normally take my pill at 630 pm, but I noticed some spotting that I don't normally have if I take my pill on time. Is this because I didn't move taking my pill to 5:30 pm, for the time change? And if so, do you think moving it to 5:30 now, half way through my pack right now, will stop the spotting or just mess it up worse?

It really shouldn't matter. You should take it around the same time every day, but an hour give or take won't make a difference.

I take mine at 5pm before the time change, and I take it at 5pm after the time change.

One hour is not that big of a difference. Now if it were over 3 hours I could see a change.

I've had no spotting or anything due to the time change.
