have you ever seen the dilapidated classrooms that we have?the books that we have, how tattered and torn and so obsolete? have you seen classes being held under a mango or acacia tree? have you seen how many kids are there in one room? have you seen a teacher running to and fro so she could attend to all her classes? have you seen how the kids travel from one barangay or barrio to another early in the morning in order for them to attend to there classes?

if you have seen all these, you would know the answer to your question. i know i missed a lot of more valuable information. the other answerers could provide them.

To be able to give the much needed schools in the provinces and hinterlands so that hapless children maybe given the chance to get educated. They have a right to it.

In the recent years they have been cutting the budget of education in favor of larger military budget. What for? For the administration to maintian its hold to the seat she doesn't want to leave? All at the expense of poor man's children's education. Poor children!
