Morgan Spurlock, the guy from the movie, survives. Then he went on to produce a TV show on cable called "30 days." He's alive and well. And he's healthy now.

Never watched the movie but I'm sure I read somewhere that he did survive and that he eventually lost all the wieght he gained and is now back to full health.

LOL! He could have died in the process of filming it. He stops eating the grease and his vegetarian cook girlfriend cooks him some healthy food and he is back to normal. He also loses the fat of course. I don't think he could get used to that diet, he even threw up once when he wasn't used to the food. I, on the other hand could get used to it everyday. :P

He survives, and I think he eventually loses the weight. His wife was a vegan chef, I think, so I think she put him on a stict diet after the project.
