because i wanna see alot of attractions and shopping and of course hit the clubs and im not to sure if it would be more fun to go with a friend or by myself?

Take a friend that has the same interests as you. It's no use taking a friend that doesn't like shopping or won't go clubbing etc.
I've been to America twice and i think you will be better of going with a couple of mates. I've also been to Europe, but by myself and i had a ball - i like museums and stuff like that and i know my friends and i would have clashed because they don't.
America is more a fun holiday. It would be hard to hit the clubs by yourself so i'd recommend at least one friend - only 2 others if there is no jealousy - you know how someone always feels left out if there are three.
Just ensure that you have the same expectations and interets for your holiday to avoid clashes and potential fights that may ruin your trip, before you go.
