I have just downloaded IE7 and the following has happend
1 the print preview facilty has dissappeared
2 cannot enlarge downloaded images temporary
3 where has the internet options facilities gone to
4favourites has moved again
5my Mcafee internet advisor has dissappeared
why cant thing be left as they are....

For things to be left the way they were, don't install new things.
However, everything you listed still verily exists -
1. Print Preview - click on the printer icon on the top bar (right side).
2. When an image loads minimized - click on it. Otherwise cancel the image resizing feature all-together.
3. It's under Tools (next to the printer icon you clicked earlier), just like before.
4. It's the star icon to the right of the top toolbar.
5. First check that you have an IE7 compatible version of your McAfee software. Then right click the toolbar and click the appropriate toolbar to invoke it.

At least IE7 respects web standards a little bit more than IE6 did... So now you see webpages closer to what they were designed to look like.
BUT- if you want to have a good browser you won't have much to complain about, try Firefox.

Ok well all of the things are there! but if you would actually take the time to check the new browser out you would find them! the print icon, the wee arrow to the right, click it and you can get print preview, plus if you pres alt button on keyboard, all the old file, edit, view icons will come back!

IE7 seems really to have changed!!!
Well it could be an infected version of IE7 u downloaded.
This happened to me once when I was downloading Firefox.
My comp went zigzag.

You can revert to IE6.
Go to Start>>Control Panel>>Add/Remove Progs. Ensure there's a tick next to Show All Updates. Remove IE7 and it will revert to IE6.
