Well she could be pregnant and the hcg levels could be low which wouldn't be a good thing. Are you getting the good tests like First Response. Some of those cheap tests dont work that well. Either way have her make an Dr appt right away because if she's not pregnant something could be wrong. Usually they can get in you within a day or two since they only have to do a blood test. Good Luck

I have heard that for some people it takes a while for the pregnancy hormone to rise in the body therefore wont be detected on a hpt.

Best thing to do is to take her to the docts, they can perform a blood test which is more accurate in a way of detecting the preg hormone before a hpt does.

Other things to be considered are, was she on the pill before (the pill can mess cyles up). Has she irregular cycles? Is she stressed as believe it or not this can prolong the period.

I would go to the doctors, good luck and hope that you get the news that you both want.

She could be. Go to a doctor. There could be something seriously wrong with her.

Do you want to have a baby? If not, ask her to go back on the pill. If so, I hope you are. :p

i dont think she is pregnant. I'm expecting my no.2 now and I ever experience this. If there is really a pregnancy, the hcg hormones should be present and a preg kit should be able to detect by now.
