That would be fine, and they have the capability of making this so.
It is a rotten thing to receive a violation for something and not know why. To say simply that the question was in poor taste or failed to meet someone's standard is certainly one to be considered, but not to suspend anyone without due process. Whoever decides to put a question they know is suspect should have some latitude unless it is blatant in presentation.

I think it would be a wonderful idea to allow the community to vote on it, since they are the ones exposed to the alleged infraction. If it warrants remedial action, then so be it. And we all take the punishment and move on.

The ONLY time I EVER sent a violation report there was NO question they were violations.
I sometimes drop hints as what the guidelines says about something and I guess people are thinking I am a bad and sending reports but I am not.

But no we don't need to be voted on. There is a appeal process in place and it does take time but it works.

yes. I think so as long as voters could be fair .Sometimes a bad thing is good in other people's eyes eg; If we were all church goers we would say it's good to go to church whereas those against it would say it's bad.Being fair; voting by considering community guidelines would be a good thing.

I'm so tired of reading the same questions over and over, but I like racking up my points. Thanks guys.

But I do agree with you, people report things for the stupidest reasons.

Tattle tales.
