He is A.D.D and A.D.H.D and he has some signs of Autism. I have watched them before but not like day after day like i'm going to be! What should I do? Someone PLEASE HELP ME!

Create a weekly theme so that the girls don't out weigh the boy's interests. There are five days in the week so make one day your day to be boss and even out the score.

Mainly the more activities you do with the kids the better their mental health will be. The beach is a nice place to take kids because the sand is soft and offers few dangers just be careful when the kids are swimming in the water.

In the summer it can be warm so make a library day in that five day segment since the library most likely will be air conditioned.

Keep away from the television because that is what creates noise and confusion undeniably in youth and children. It is the cause for most fights in the house bar none.

Take it one day at a time. I can see you are very anxious about this. It may not be as bad as you think. Maybe he has friends he can go play with. Good luck. You can take them to the pool or other places, make a list now of places you can take them too if possible. To keep them busy. It would probably be good if the kid has some structure, is he in boy scouts or anything? Our community center advertises alot of kids programs. But if you don't drive thats another thing you would have to work out.

The first thing is to be creative! If you don't make it interesting for them, they will make it interesting for you. The worst thing you can do is plop them in front of the tube. When they do misbehave, it will be worse because of all the pent up energy. Play games, go to the park, go for bike rides, roller blade or skate board, even play some wiffle ball for the boy. Read stories to them , or have them read as well. Check out a summer reading program at your local library and get them involved. Maybe your city has summer recreation activities. Find out and get them signed up. Pretend you were 7 and ask yourself, "What would be fun today?"

Just have fun playing with the kids but give more attention to the boy. Don't be bothered by the gender they're all kids and would always love to play whatever game you'd introduce to them as long as they are fun and exciting. Also use the other kids whenever possible so that it'll be easier for you to take care of them, specially, the boy.

First off, babysitting is a challenge. You have to please every child. You should ask them all what they like to do ahead of time, then take the common ideas and do that... for example, if everyone agrees they like to play card games, then so be it. With ADD / ADHD, you must pay a little more attention to him... hope this helps.
