sometimes when i have sex it really hurts as there is very little secretion or wetness. the day after i`m always very sore and during openetration it sometims really hurts. my boyfriend know hoe to please me and everything but when it comes to sex it`s like everything dries up ... what can i do about it? don`t want to but and lubrications though...

you need a lubricant. It makes everything ten times more sensitive and feels GREAT. you can get lubricated condoms or you could just buy vaseline from a pharmacy, its used for others things too so its not like they will know you are using it for sex. but vaseline cant be used with condoms, it breaks them. if you are using condoms you will need to buy a sexual lubricant. chances are, if you are dry a lubricant will make it feel better for him too.
Stressing out or feeling tense will stop you from getting wet, or not being aroused enough. Even the pill can do this.

ID Millenium silicone lubricant is the BEST.
Super slick, washes off easy, doesn't get gummy like KY jelly.
KY has a new kind that is silicone-based, it's in a purple box, that's probably just as good if you aren't going to order online or buy from a specialty store.
Also, I have seen vaginal suppositories that are water-based, so you can put them in 20 minutes before sex...that would probably work, too.

Do not use Vaseline. It is not a very good lubricant, plus if you are using condoms it will degrade the latex making them ineffective. Either buy lubricated condoms (I prefer Trojan-ENZ) or buy water based lubricant.

Get lots of foreplay and apply Vaseline too. Oral sex can help too. Saliva is a good lubricant.

howdy why u annoying for??? nicely its very reliable to have a extra lubrication...Its wide-spread..you recognize one element a good form of the females lack organic lubrication on one edge u r having a difficulty with it.. Dont subject...its reliable sign that u r completely wide-spread.. Dr.ok
